Open the app and tap Connect. The first time, iOS will ask you to allow the VPN configuration โ tap Allow. After that, you can connect with one tap.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings โ [your name] โ Subscriptions on your iPhone and tap MadFrog VPN to cancel. The subscription stays active until the end of the current period.
Open the app, go to Settings โ Account, then tap Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID receipt.
Try selecting a different server (open the server picker and tap another region), or switch to Auto in server selection โ the app will pick the fastest one. If issues persist on all servers, your local network may be unstable.

In the app: Settings โ Account โ Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If your subscription is still active, it remains valid through the end of the paid period (manage cancellation in Apple ID settings).
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the MadFrog VPN purchase, and request a refund. Apple will review your request.
MadFrog VPN requires iOS 17 or later. It works on iPhone models from 2018 onward (iPhone XS and newer).
