By using MadFrog VPN, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

MadFrog VPN provides an encrypted VPN tunnel to protect your connection on untrusted networks (public Wi-Fi, hotel internet, etc.) for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Operator

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

Engage in any unlawful activity under the laws of your jurisdiction
Attack, scan, or disrupt third-party services or networks
Send unsolicited communications (spam)
Distribute malware or content that infringes intellectual property rights
Resell or sublicense the service

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are sold exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system on the App Store.

Subscriptions are non-renewing: each purchase is a one-time payment for the selected period (30, 90, 180, or 365 days). Subscriptions do not auto-renew. To extend access, purchase a new period manually in the app.
Price and length are shown before purchase. Purchases are billed to your Apple ID at confirmation.
Refunds are processed by Apple according to their refund policy.
We do not process payments directly; we have no access to your payment information.

5. Free trial

New users may be eligible for a limited free trial period as offered through the App Store. Trial details are shown before purchase.

6. Account

To use the service, you must create an account by signing in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in all locations. Network performance depends on factors outside our control, including your device, your internet connection, and third-party providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a prorated refund except as required by Apple's refund policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting [email protected].
